The Ethiopian Medical Association (EMA) Executive committee, the Secretariat, and active members of EMA in collaboration with different partner organizations have been able to carry out the activities below during this reporting year. Unlike previous years, the association has been able to carry out key achievements related to members and strategic issues of the association. To mention some: development of the six years’ strategic plan, revision of different working documents including the constitution of the association so as to align with the existing national policies and organizing press releases and conferences and position papers focusing members’ right
