EMA Strategic Plan (2020 – 2025)

This strategic plan uses different data collection methods including desk review of relevant documents, focus group discussion, consultative workshop, validation workshop and in depth interview of managers and officers in the secretariat office of EMA, former and current executive committee members of the Association, Prominent members of EMA, junior medical doctors network (JDN), MOH, donor organizations, academic institutions, hospitals and other relevant partners and stakeholders. The informants are purposively selected stakeholders of the Ethiopian Medical Association. They are selected based on their level of engagement and value of information they provide for the purpose of the assignment.
