Ethiopian Medical Association is deeply saddened by the untimely passing of Dr. Abenezer Getachew, a third-year surgical resident, and Dr. Meron Demele, both valued members of the University of Gondar medical community.
They were young physicians of great promise, committed to serving patients and contributing to the advancement of the medical profession. Their loss is profoundly felt by their families, friends, colleagues, patients, and the wider medical community.
