The Ethiopian Medical Association provided training about Ethics and Medico legal issues for health professionals working in different hospitals of Oromia region.


The participants were Medical Doctors, Nurses, Medical Laboratory professionals, Midwives, Integrated Emergency Surgeon officers (IESOs) and clinical service directorate from Oromia regional health bureau.


The training is intended to create awareness on the components of preventive health care ethics in medical practice and the linkage of professionalism, law and ethics in healthcare instigate , promote team based service provision in the health facilities and alarm health professionals on Medico legal issues about medical malpractice.


On the training that took place from Oct./01-03/2019 participants from Dodola, Bishoftu, Kuyyu, Fitche and TulluBollo hospital were on attendant.
